Rental items are only considered reserved once the 50% retainer fee has been paid and the Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions have been signed. Submitting items via the "My Decor" cart on the website or any other type of communication to The Borrowing Bride about inventory is not considered an agreement. We accept payment by credit card or bank transaction. We do not accept checks.
The Borrowing Bride and the Renter will schedule a day and time for the Renter to pick up the items listed on the Rental Agreement. A second pick-up day and time will also be scheduled at that time for return of the items. The items will be safely and securely packed and labeled. Renter agrees to return the items in the same packaging and conditions as they were originally given to the Renter at the time of pick-up.
The Borrowing Bride and the Renter will schedule a day and time for The Borrowing Bride to deliver the items to the location listed on the Rental Agreement. The Borrowing Bride and the Renter will also schedule the pick-up of the items, whether that be at the designated location where items were originally dropped off or another location. If Renter chooses to return items at a different location than the original drop-off location, the Renter agrees to return the items in the same packaging and conditions as they were originally provided by The Borrowing Bride.
The Damage Deposit is 100% refundable to the Renter pending there are no damaged or missing items upon the rental return. The Borrowing Bride has 72 hours beginning at the time of return to identify if any items are not in their original condition. The Renter will be notified of any broken, damaged, or missing items. The cost of fixing or replacing the item(s) will be deducted from the Renter's deposit. Any remaining amount will be returned to the Renter within 30 days of the item return date.
